Le Pôle de Compétence numérique est un laboratoire RH interne à l'agence de développement économique du Grand Paris Seine Ouest (Boulogne, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Meudon, Vanves, Sèvres, Chaville, Ville d'Avray, Marne-la-Coquette).
Il permet aux candidats de se mettre en réseau avec les entreprises qui recrutent sur le territoire et de se faire identifier via sa plateforme de recrutement.

Job Description:
An IT consultant works in partnership with clients, advising them how to use our software products to meet their business objectives or overcome challenges. They work to improve the security and cost efficiency of IT systems in clients' organizations. The candidate is also required to provide both on-site and/or remote support to local or overseas clients.

Profil

Knowledge and Skills:
- Provide presales support & post sales technical support
- Able to present and train the use of solutions to resellers and customers
- Experience in Microsoft Window Server Operating System, SQL Server and Active Directory is required.
- Experience in LAN/WAN/VPN administration, firewalls, vulnerability tests and familiar with networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP and other networking
- Good analytical skills to diagnose problems
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal & technical communication skills
- Able to speak English for communication with international clients
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate with more than 5 years of working experience can be considered for senior position.


Education:
- Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Network Systems & Security, Information Technology
